A mother died live on Facebook while holding her 1-year-old son, the woman's aunt said. The video ends with her friends finding her on the floor and calling 911.

Twenty-six-year-old Keiana Herndon's family says she loved sharing her life with others through Facebook live videos. She then, she fell back and then Rylee picked the phone up and started talking and playing and then I hear [gasping noise], then I heard one more. She was transported to a local hospital, but unfortunately, it was already too late. You see and hear her respond to viewers and even put the spotlight on her youngest of two kids. "I don't have the strength right now", said her father Richard.

While the original video was removed from Facebook, her father, Richard Herndon, said he can't contemplate watching his daughter's last moments.

Family members say thousands of people watched as Keiana Herndon took her last breath.

Her uncle, Jeffrey Herndon, who viewed the video after her death, said it was "really hard" to watch, according to Fox 8.

Herndon's mother, Mary Morgan, said her daughter suffered from a thyroid condition.

Police say they don't believe foul play was involved.

Although Herndon's official cause of death has yet to be determined, thyroid complications can greatly impact the functions of the heart.

A friend of Herndon has set up a Gofundme to help support her two young boys, Ja'Kylan and Rylee.
