While the video shows Shayla Rudolph's son hysterically and frantically crying, the sound was muffled. The woman has been arrested, and her son is in the care of Children's Services for safety. "Parents don't need to whoop their kids", she says.

She faces the camera and explains her methods, saying: 'You can't clean without them running around tearing up? Her son can be heard trying to cry. Call children services now, you can have his a-.

She says: 'They called Children Services on me, so f*** it, now he in the corner.

The original Facebook Live video posted by Shayla Rudolph was taken down, but due to the nature of the Internet, copies of the footage are still floating around.

The Ohio woman states in the video that she taped her young son to the wall so that she could clean her house.

Rudolph can be heard in the video telling her son he has "the best mommy in the whole wide world". "Don't make me put more tape up there".

She then discussed her plan to discipline the child further by having him stand alone in the corner.

Rudolph filmed the first video on New Year's Day and claimed it was a joke when child welfare officials visited her home on January 5, according toWSYX.

Not everyone was satisfied with how the case of OH teen mom Shayla Rudolph was handled, though. Reynoldsburg police said they are looking into the incident.

Shayla Rudolph was in Franklin County Municipal Court Friday morning.

Rudolph did not comment to a WSYX reporter.

She was charged with third degree felony abduction.

Police were tipped off to the video on Wednesday and started investigating, Reynoldsburg police Lt. Ron Wright told Crimesider. Her two-year-old son has been taken by Franklin County Children's Services.

Rudolph is facing a charge of felony abduction as the toddler's liberty was restrained. It is unclear whether or not OH teen mom Shayla Rudolph has retained legal counsel, and her bond has been set at $20,000.
