Aaron Hernandez's brother to testify in murder trial

Yes, Thompson is testifying in a trial and is under oath and is simply trying to describe his relationship with Hernandez, but hearing that he's giving Hernandez friendly head nods and calling him "my guy" probably isn't the best plan.

Hernandez showed a brief smile when Thompson first pointed him out in court.

The former New England Patriots tight end played football with Thompson at the University of Florida.

Je'rrelle Pierre, 27, told assistant Suffolk District Attorney Mark Lee he couldn't remember anything that occurred between when he met Hernandez on February 8, 2013, until February 14, 2013, the day after the prosecution's star witness, Alexander Bradley, was shot in the face at point-blank range in the back of a Range Rover one other witness says Pierre was driving.

'Now you sure once I withdraw this lawsuit I wont be held on perjury after I tell the truth about me not recalling anything about who shot me, ' Bradley asked Robert Pickering.

Bradley and Hernandez were once close friends.

Hernandez's lawyers say Bradley shot the men over a drug deal.

Baez claimed police pressured Crawford into saying things he didn't remember, and made him piece together events from five different nights in Florida.

On the stand, Crawford constantly said he forgot what happened around the time of the shooting, and often whispered, drawing a reproach from Judge Locke.

So his father drove him to the home of the girlfriend of Je'rrelle Pierre, the driver of the SUV, so he could pick up the device, Crawford testified.

The prosecution and Judge Locke became frustrated with Crawford's testimony. He was allegedly driving the auto when Bradley was shot.

Hernandez is already serving a life sentence for the June 2013 fatal shooting of Odin L. Lloyd.

The 30-year-old former college football star is expected to take the stand as a witness for the prosecution on Tuesday.
